Panthers Meeting With Penn State WR Allen Robinson

 

Rand Getlin of Yahoo Sports reports that the Panthers are traveling for a “last minute meeting” with Penn State WR Allen Robinson.

There is no question that they could some help at the receiver position and Robinson should be available to them at the end of round one.

You could easily make the case that offensive line help is the more pressing need. However, they currently have the No. 28 overall pick, which means there is no guarantee that a solid offensive tackle prospect will still be on the board by the time they are on the clock next Thursday.

Robinson would be a pretty decent fallback option for them if an offensive lineman isn’t worth taking.
