Panthers Re-Sign DT Kyle Love To Two-Year Deal

The Carolina Panthers announced Wednesday that they’re re-signed DT Kyle Love to a two-year contract.

Love, 30, wound up signing on with the Patriots as an undrafted free agent out of Mississippi State back in 2010. After three years in New England, Love had brief stints with the Jaguars and Chiefs before eventually catching on with the Panthers in 2014.

Unfortunately, Love was among one of the Panthers’ final roster cuts last year as they trimmed down to 53 players but was later brought back a few weeks into the regular season.

In 2016, Love appeared in 10 games for the Panthers and recorded 16 tackles, 1.5 sacks, a forced fumble and a recovery.
