Panthers Re-sign DT Kyle Love To A One-Year Deal

The Carolina Panthers announced that they have officially re-signed DT Kyle Love to a one-year on Monday.

Love joins free agent addition Paul Soliai as the Panthers’ reserve interior defensive linemen behind Star Lotulelei and Kawann Short.

Love, 29, wound up signing on with the Patriots as an undrafted free agent out of Mississippi State back in 2010. After three years in New England, Love had brief stints with the Jaguars and Chiefs before eventually catching on with the Panthers in 2014.

In 2015, Love appeared in 15 games for the Panthers and recorded 19 tackles, three sacks, and a fumble recovery.
