Panthers TE Kent Taylor Suspended 4 Games For PEDs

According to Bill Voth, Panthers TE Kent Taylor has been suspended four games for violating the NFL’s performance-enhancing substances policy.

Taylor is eligible to return to the Panthers’ active roster on Monday, October 8.

Taylor signed on with the Panthers in December of last year as an undrafted free agent out of UTEP and was added to their practice squad. He was brought back on a futures contract this past January.

During his college career at Florida, Kansas and UTEP, Taylor caught 25 passes for 234 yards receiving and two touchdowns over the course of three seasons and 23 games played.
