The Carolina Panthers waived LB Billy Boyko Tuesday for a failure to disclose his physical condition.
Boyko, 22, signed on with the Raiders as undrafted free agent out of Lehigh back in April of last year, but was ultimately waived before the start of the season. The Panthers signed him to a contract a few months ago.
Boyko led Lehigh with 104 tackles during his senior season.
