Panthers Worked Out Rookie DL David Moala

Aaron Wilson of the National Football Post reports that the Panthers brought in rookie DL David Moala for a workout on Tuesday.

Moala, 23, wound up signing a three-year, $1.62 million contract with the Broncos as an undrafted free agent out of Utah State back in May. However, he was, unfortunately, unable to make the 530man roster coming out of the preseason.

During his college career at Utah State, Moala recorded 58 tackles, 14 tackles for a loss, five sacks, two forced fumbles, and two pass defenses.
