Patriots Expected To Re-Sign S Duron Harmon

The Patriots are working on a deal to bring back free agent DB Duron Harmon, according to Ian Rapoport, and the two sides are expected to get an agreement in place at some point.

Harmon, 26, is a former third-round pick of the Patriots back in 2013. He has played out his four-year, $2,711,100 contract with the Patriots and is now testing the open market as an unrestricted free agent for the first time.

In 2016, Harmon appeared in all 16 games for the Patriots and recorded 29 tackles, one interception, a forced fumble, a recovery and two pass defenses. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 54 safety out of 89 qualifying players.

We have him featured in our Top 100 – 2017 Free Agents list.
