The New England Patriots signed DB Justin Coleman off of the Seahawks’ practice squad on Wednesday, according to the NFL transactions release.
Coleman, 22, wound up signing on with the Vikings as an undrafted out of Tennessee a few months ago. However, he was unfortunately placed on waivers less than a week ago.
The Patriots later signed him to a contract, but he was unfortunately among their roster cuts from last week.
During his four years at Tennessee, Coleman recorded 157 tackles, 8.5 tackels for a loss, five interceptions, and 17 pass defenses.
