Patriots Sign LB Nicholas Grigsby Off Ravens’ Practice Squad

The New England Patriots are signing LB Nicholas Grigsby off of the Ravens’ practice squad on Tuesday, according to Mike Reiss.

  • The Patriots also signed OL Jason King, according to Doug Kyed.

Grigsby, 25, wound up signing a three-year, $1.66 million contract with the Rams as an undrafted free agent out of Pittsburgh back in 2016. He was waived by the Rams at the start of the 2016 season and later added to their practice squad.

Los Angeles once again cut Grigsby loose coming out of the preseason and this time he signed on to the Ravens’ practice squad.

In 2016, Grigsby was active for six games but did not record a statistic.
