Kilgo, 24, is a former sixth-round pick of the Broncos back in 2015. He’s currently in the second year of his four-year, $2,391,556 contract and stands to make a base salary of $525,000 for the 2016 season.
The Broncos elected to cut him loose a few weeks ago but he wound up being claimed off of waivers by the Patriots.
This year, Kilgo has appeared in nine games for the Broncos and recorded five tackles and no sacks. Pro Football Focus has him down for playing 81 total snaps this season.
