Field Yates of ESPN.com reports that the Patriots have waived/injured TE Terrence Miller to make room for recently acquired DE Jerel Worthy.
Miller, 22, signed with the Jets as an undrafted free agent out of Arizona back in May. However, he lasted close to a month before he was placed on waivers.
The Patriots signed Miller to a contract this past weekend, so he was with them for a very brief period of time.
During his college career at Arizona, Miller recorded 95 receptions for 1,117 yards receiving and three touchdowns.
