Patriots Worked Out Three Players

Mike Reiss of ESPN reports that the Patriots brought in three free agents for tryouts on Thursday including DB Chandler Fenner, DB Jonathon Mincy and LB Kacy Rodgers.

Mincy has worked out for a few teams in recent days including the Bengals, Jets and Vikings.

Mincy, 25, wound up signing on with the Falcons as an undrafted free agent out of Auburn back in 2015. He was, unfortunately, cut loose coming out of the preseason and signed on with the Montreal Alouettes in time for the 2016 CFL season.

During his two years with Montreal, Mincy has recorded 108 tackles, three interceptions and two forced fumbles over the course of 32 games.

At Auburn, Mincy totaled 211 tackles, two sacks, two interceptions, a forced fumble, a recovery and 27 pass defenses over the course of four seasons.
