Pierre Garcon Suffered No Setbacks During Week 11

Redskins wide receiver Pierre Garcon was limited during Tuesday’s practice, according to ESPN 980.

Garcon played a little less than half of the Redskins offensive snaps on Sunday, finishing with three catches for five yards. While his stats aren’t impressive, the most important thing that can be taken away from Garcon’s performance on Sunday is the fact he didn’t suffer a setback to his toublesome foot.

I can’t really say I’m close to where I want to be,” Garcon said, via the Washington Times. “But I’ve just got to keep pushing, keep dealing with it and keep moving forward.”

Garcon is still dealing with the nagging foot injury, but it’s good to see him back on the field as it likely means it could be healing up. As long as his foot continues to progress, he has a shot at seeing more playing time in the coming weeks.
