Broncos RB Willis McGahee Probable For Sunday’s Game

Lindsay Jones of the Denver Post writes that Broncos have RB  Willis McGahee listed as probable for Sunday’s game against the Raiders.

Broncos RB Willis McGahee has been dealing with a rib injury that he suffered last weekend, but he was able to put in a limited practice on Wednesday and seems to be encouraged about his status for Week 4.

“Three days ago it was a little tough,” said McGahee, via the Denver Post. “Today, running around, it felt pretty good.

McGahee is still questionable for this weekend’s game against the Raiders, but this is at least a positive sign for him moving forward. We’ll have more regarding his status leading up to the start of Week 4.

The Denver Broncos have RB Willis McGahee listed as “day to day,” according to the Denver Post.

Head coach John Fox mentioned that McGahee’s injury is related to cartilage damage, but did not add much else. It appears as though McGahee will be questionable for the remainder of the week. Lance Ball, Ronnie Hillman and Knowshown Moreno figure to handle the ground game, should McGahee miss Week 4’s matchup against the Oakland Raiders.
