Field Yates reports that the Raiders have placed a second-round tender on WR Rod Streater.
This means would pay him a salary of $2.356 million for the 2015 season if/when he signs the tender.
Because Streater is a restricted free agent, he could wait and see if there are any teams interested in making him a better offer in the coming weeks.
Streater, 27, signed on with the Raiders as an undrafted free agent out of Temple back in 2012.
Last year, Streater appeared in just 3 games and caught 9 passes for 84 yards receiving and a touchdown.
