Raiders LT Donald Penn said the Raiders have yet to contact him to discuss a possible contract extension with the team, per Scott Bair of CSN Bay Area.
Bair writes that though Penn expressed his interest in returning to Oakland, he and his agent have begun looking at other teams.
While Penn admits that he is disappointed that the Raiders have not reached out to him, he has admitted that he feels underpaid by the team and that he will not continue to play for a discounted price, per Guy Haberman.
Given that the Raiders are set to have over $67 million in available cap space, their silence in re-signing Penn could be a good indicator that they plan to move on from him this offseason.
Penn, 32, is finishing a two-year, $9.6 million contract that he signed in 2014 after being released by the Buccaneers.
In 2015, Penn appeared in all 16 games and graded as the No. 10 overall tackle last season by Pro Football Focus.
