Adam Caplan of ESPN reports that free agent LB Jelani Jenkins is expected to visit with the Raiders at some point this week.
This is the first reported interest in Jenkins since the free agent market officially opened a few weeks ago.
The Raiders recently met with free agent LB Zach Brown, but he left Oakland without a deal.
Jenkins, 25, is a former fourth-round pick of the Dolphins back in 2013. He played out the final year of his four-year, $2.632 million rookie contract and is now testing the open market for the first time in his career.
In 2016, Jenkins appeared in nine games and recorded 29 tackles, no sacks and a pass defense. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 87 linebacker out of 87 qualifying players.
