Ian Rapoport reports that free agent WR Michael Crabtree’s visit with the Raiders is taking place on Monday.
This will be Crabtree’s second visit with an NFL team, despite the fact that free agency got underway close to a month ago.
The Dolphins reportedly discussed the perimeters of a contract with Crabtree that would pay him around $3 million or so per year. However, Crabtree is believed to be targeting something closer to $4.5 million.
Crabtree, 27, appeared in all 16 games and caught 68 passes for 698 yards receiving and four touchdowns last year. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 95 receiver out of 110 qualifying players.
We have Crabtree listed as the No. 34 player in our Top 1oo Free Agents list.
