Raiders LB Rolando McClain Sentenced to 180 Days In Jail

According to Michael Casagrande of the The Decatur Daily, Raiders LB Rolando McClain was “found guilty on all charges” and has been “sentenced to 180 days in jail.

McClain was facing of charges of assault, reckless endangerment, menacing, and wrongful discharge of a firearm, during an altercation that happened on November 30th.  Today, a video surfaced of the incident between McClain and the victim, which didn’t help his case, but neither did that fact that his friend stood trail against him after a plea bargain was struck.

For McClain, 180 days means he will be able to return to the Raiders in mid-November, assuming he serves the full sentence.
