ESPN.com AFC West blogger Bill Williamson covers an article that discusses the possibilities of the Raiders bringing in a veteran WR like Torry Holt. Williams suggests that the Raiders may not get that much value from signing Holt since he won’t be available until the season starts and because he is no longer a top receiver.
He adds that, as the season draws closer, the Raiders will have more options available and mentions Dennis Northcut as a player who could be cut by the Lions as well as free-agent Brandon Jones.
