Rand Getlin reports that the Raiders have placed CB Chimdi Chekwa on season-ending injured reserve Monday.
Chekwa, 27, is a former fourth round pick of the Raiders back in 2011. He re-signed with the Raiders back in May to a one-year contract worth $745,000 after he was not tendered a contract as a restricted free agent.
In 2014, Chekwa appeared in 10 games for the Raiders and recorded 16 tackles and two pass defenses. Pro Football Focus has him down for playing 89 total snaps last season.
