Field Yates of ESPN reports that the Raiders have placed veteran DT Ahtyba Rubin on injured reserve Wednesday.

Rubin, 31, is a former sixth-round pick of the Browns back in 2008. He spent seven years in Cleveland before signing a one-year deal with the Seahawks.
Rubin was entering the second year of a three-year, $12 million contract when the Seahawks cut him loose coming out of the preseason last year. After a brief stint with the Broncos, Rubin signed on with the Falcons and finished out the year in Atlanta.
The Raiders signed Rubin to a contract a few months ago.
In 2017, Rubin appeared in 12 games and recorded 15 tackles and no sacks.
