Raiders Sign G Isaiah Williams To PS, Release LB Cayson Collins

The Oakland Raiders officially signed G Isaiah Williams to their practice squad on Monday and released LB Cayson Collins from the unit.

Collins, 22, wound up signing on with the Dolphins as an undrafted free agent out of North Carolina this past May. He agreed to a three-year, $1.71 million contract with the Dolphins, but was unfortunately waived coming out of the preseason.

The Raiders signed him to their practice squad last week.

During his college career at UNC, Collins recorded 218 tackles, 11.5 tackles for a loss, two sacks, seven forced fumbles, five recoveries, a pass defense and a defensive touchdown over the course of five seasons and 45 games played.
