The Oakland Raiders are signing CB Jarell Carter to a contract on Monday, according to Matt Schneidman.
Carter, 23, wound up signing on with the Cardinals an undrafted free agent out of Trinity International back in July of last year. He was waived coming out of the preseason and later added to the Cardinals’ practice squad towards the end of the season.
Arizona brought Carter back on a futures contract this past January only to waive him after the draft. He later caught on with the Titans, but was cut loose a few weeks ago.
Carter has yet to appear in an NFL game.
