Raiders Signing WR/KR Jeremy Ross To Practice Squad

The Oakland Raiders are signing WR/KR Jeremy Ross to their practice squad on Thursday, according to Adam Caplan.

Ross, 27, originally signed on with the Patriots as an undrafted free agent out of California back in 2011. He played briefly for the Colts before joining the Packers in October of 2012.

The Lions would later sign him to a contract and give him an opportunity to their kick returner where Ross showed some ability. However, he was among the team’s final roster cuts before signing on to the Ravens’ practice squad.

Baltimore cut Ross loose earlier in the week.

This season, Ross has appeared in five games and recorded nine receptions for 88 yards receiving to go along with 205 kick return yards and 109 punt return yards.
