Aaron Wilson of the National Football Post reports that the Raiders worked out OL Adam Gettis on Monday.
Gettis, 26, is a former fifth-round pick of the Redskins back in 2012. He spent just over two years in Washington before he was waived at the start of the 2014 season. Gettis later caught on with the Steelers for a brief period of time before signing on to the Giants’ practice squad.
New York elected to cut Gettis loose a few weeks ago.
Gettis hasn’t appeared in an NFL game since the 2013 season when he was still with the Redskins.
