Rams G Jamon Brown Suspended Two Games

The NFL announced Tuesday that Rams G Jamon Brown has been suspended without pay for the first two games of the 2018 regular season for violating the NFL Policy and Program for Substances of Abuse.

Brown, 25, is a former third-round pick of the Rams back in 2015. He’s currently in the final year of his four-year, $3,250,974 contract that includes $754,816 fully guaranteed and set to make a base salary of $798,897 for the 2018 season.

Brown will be an unrestricted free agent in 2019.

In 2017, Brown appeared in all 16 games for the Rams and is rated by Pro Football Focus as the No. 38 guard out of 79 qualifying players.
