Rams Going With A “Collective, Collaborative Effort” At Defensive Coordinator

St Louis Rams head coach Jeff Fisher mentioned that they play to employ a “collective, collaborative effort” at defensive coordinator next season, according to Adam Schefter.

This coincides with what the team has been saying for a number of weeks now. Gregg Williams suspension for his involvement in the Saints bounty scandal has earned him an indefinite suspension from the league. The Rams will most likely share duties between Fisher and assistant head coach Dave McGinnis, but there’s still a chance that McGinnis could end up taking over as the full-time coordinator at some point.
