Rams HC Sean McVay Wins 2017 Coach Of The Year

Rams HC Sean McVay was named the Associated Press 2017 Coach of the Year Saturday night at the NFL Honors show.

McVay, 32, began his NFL coaching career with the Buccaneers as an assistant back in 2008. He was hired a few years later by the Redskins as their assistant TEs coach and he managed to work his way up to offensive coordinator before the Rams hired him as their head coach last year.

In 2017, McVay led the Rams to a record of 11-5 (68.8 percent) and a playoff appearance in his first year with the team.
