The Los Angeles Rams announced Tuesday that they’ve placed RB Malcolm Brown and DB Dominique Hatfield on injured reserve and promoted OLB Trevon Young to their active roster.
Brown, 25, signed on with the Rams as an undrafted free agent out of Texas back in 2015. He was promoted from their practice squad later that year and finished his three-year contract with the team.
Los Angeles re-signed him to a one-year exclusive rights contract over the offseason.
In 2018, Brown has appeared in 12 games for the Rams and recorded 43 rush attempts for 212 yards (4.9 YPC) to go along with five receptions for 52 yards receiving (10.4 YPC) and one touchdown.
