Rams Place WR Cooper Kupp On Injured Reserve

The Los Angeles Rams announced Monday that they’ve placed WR Cooper Kupp on injured reserve with an ACL tear.

Kupp suffered an MCL sprain earlier in the year but was able to return to the team a few weeks later before tearing his ACL in Week 11.

Kupp, 25, is a former third-round pick of the Rams back in 2017. He’s currently in the second year of his four-year, $3.83 million contract and set to make base salaries of $640,046 and $811,118 over the next two years of the agreement.

In 2018, Kupp appeared in eight games for the Rams and caught 40 passes for 566 yards receiving and six touchdowns.
