The Los Angeles Rams officially signed DB Isaiah Johnson to their practice squad on Saturday and placed DE Lynden Trail on waivers.
The Rams’ practice squad now consists of:
- OL Isaiah Battle
- DL Fox Morgan
- RB Aaron Green
- DB Michel Jordan
- OL David Arkin
- WR Paul McRoberts
- DB Blake Countess
- TE Bryce Williams
- LB Nicholas GrigsbyÂ
- DB Isaiah Johnson
Trail, 25, originally signed on with the Texans as an undrafted free agent out of Norfolk State back in May of last year. He wound up being waived coming out of the preseason with an injury designation and was later cut with an injury settlement.
The Redskins signed him to their practice squad midseason and later brought him back on a future/reserve contract. After once again being a final roster cut, the Redskins signed him to their practice squad.
The Rams just signed him to a contract a few days ago.
Trail has yet to appear in an NFL game.
