The St. Louis Rams have tweeted that they have agreed to a deal with defensive lineman and former 6th overall pick Vernon Gholston. Terms of the contract were not disclosed.
Gholston has had a disappointing career with 45 appearances and 0 sacks with the Jets.
At this point in time, the Rams are just looking for depth and could just use him sparingly as an edge rusher.
