ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that the St Louis Rams have signed former Eagles S Quintin Mikell to a four-year, $28 million contract.
Mikell seemed as though he was going to one of the better values in this years free agent class but Rams felt that he was worth a fairly competitive deal.
