Rams Trade RB Zac Stacy To Jets For No. 224 Pick

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that the Rams have traded RB Zac Stacy to the Jets for pick No. 224 overall in the 2015 draft.

Brian Costello of the New York Post reports that the Jets are one of “several teams” that have reached out to the Rams about Stacy, who recently requested a trade after St. Louis took Georgia RB Todd Gurley in round one.

Stacy, 24, has another two years remaining on his four-year, $2.337 million rookie contract, which includes base salaries of $585,000 and $675,000 coming his way.

In 2014, appeared in 13 games for the Rams and ran for 293 yards on 76 carries (3.9 YPC) to go along with 18 receptions for 152 yards receiving and a touchdown.
