Jason La Canfora reports that the Rams have placed a low-round tender on RFA RB Benny Cunningham.
- La Canfora can see him getting some offers from other teams.
Cunningham, 25, wound up signing on with the Rams as an undrafted free agent out of Middle Tennessee State back in 2013. He’s managed to make the 53-man roster each of his three years in the NFL.
In 2015, Cunningham appeared in all 16 games for the Rams and ran for 140 yards on 37 carries to go along with 26 receptions for 250 yards receiving and no touchdowns.
