Rams Will Offer Brian Schottenheimer Offensive Coordinator Position

Michael Lombardi of NFL.com reports that the St Louis Rams have offered former Jets offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer the position with the team. Lombardi mentions that like Jeff Fisher, the Rams will still have to figure out the details of his contract but he believes that Schottenheimer will take the position.

This will be Sam Bradford‘s third offensive coordinator in as many years. At this pace he could catch Alex Smith has had seven new coordinators in seven season.

St Louis is expected to add Gregg Williams as the defensive coordinator which could be a pretty decent staff that’s been assembled in only a few days.
