Adam Schefter of ESPN is reporting that the Rams are bringing in veteran DL Tyson Jackson for a workout on Monday.
This is the first reported interest in Jackson since he became available several months ago.
Jackson, 31, is a former first-round pick of the Chiefs back in 2014. He signed a five-year, $25 million contract with the Falcons back in 2014 and was set to make a base salary of $3.5 million over the next two years when the Falcons released him back this past March in a move that freed up $2.65 million of available cap space.
In 2016, Jackson appeared in all 16 games for the Falcons and recorded 13 tackles, no sacks and a pass defense.
