Rashard Mendenhall Will Start Against The Ravens

Steelers RB Isaac Redman told reporters on Thursday that it “looks like” Rashard Mendenhall will get the start against Baltimore this weekend, per Gerry Dulac.

It’s still hard to say exactly how the carries will be divided this weekend. Previous reports indicated that  Jonathan Dwyer and Redman would see at some amount of work, despite the fact that Mendenhall was set to return from an Achilles injury. Hopefully we’ll have a better idea in the coming days.

Gerry Dulac of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports Steelers RB Rashard Mendenhall is expected to play Week 11’s game against the Ravens.

Mendenhall has missed the team’s last four games because of an Achilles injury, but with Ben Roethlisberger out, the ground game will almost certainly be leaned upon this weekend. It seems likely that the Steelers use Mendenhall along with Isaac Redman and Jonathan Dwyer throughout the game.
