Jeff Zrebiec of the Baltimore Sun reports that the Ravens are activating RB Lorenzo Taliaferro from the PUP list on Saturday.
This means that Taliaferro will play in Sunday’s game against the Jets.
Taliaferro, 24, is a former fourth-round pick of the Ravens back in 2014. He’s currently in the third year of his four-year, $2.52 million rookie contract and stands to make a base salary of $600,000 and $690,000 over the next two years.
The Ravens placed Taliaferro on the PUP list as they were coming out of the preseason.
In 2015, Taliaferro was limited to appearing in just three games for the Ravens and rushing for 47 yards on 13 carries (3.6 YPC) to go along iwth five receptions for 29 yards receiving and a single touchdown.
