The Baltimore Ravens have claimed CB Danny Gorrer off of waivers from the Detroit Lions on Tuseday, according to the NFL transactions release.
There was speculation earlier in the day that the Ravens could place a claim for Gorrer as they parted ways with cornerbacks Chykie Brown and Dominique Franks on Tuesday.
Gorrer, 28, has appeared in six games this season recording seven tackles and two pass defenses for the Lions’ defense. He was released to make room for DT Andre Fluellen, who was signed to their active roster on Monday.
