Ravens Could Be An Option For Veteran RT Eric Winston

Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com writes that free agent RT Eric Winston could be an option for the Ravens after the draft, depending on what they elect to do in this year’s draft.

Baltimore currently has Ricky Wagner in place as their right tackle, but they could at least take a look at Winston later this summer if they happen to still be in need some extra depth.

Hensley points out that Winston’s best years in the NFL came under Gary Kubiak who is now the offensive coordinator of the Ravens.

Winston, 30, had a hard time generating interest last year before eventually signing on with the Cardinals and it appears as though things have only gotten worse for him. He did accept the position as the NFLPA president, but it’s hard to say if this is what has impacted his market.

Last year, Winston appeared in all 16 games for Arizona, but graded out as the No. 69 tackle in the league, according to Pro Football Focus.
