Ravens Among Four Teams In Talks With Free Agent CB Tarell Brown

Aaron Wilson of the Baltimore Sun reports that the Ravens have shown interest in free agent CB Tarell Brown

However, a deal between the two parties is not considered imminent at this point in time, according to NFL sources who spoke with Wilson.

Brown, himself, mentioned that his agent has been in contact with four NFL teams including the Ravens, per Alex Marvez. However, Brown failed to say who the other three teams are.

Baltimore has already signed Kyle Arrington and Cassius Vaughn to contracts this offseason, but it appears as though the Ravens are still looking to bolster their competition at cornerback.

Brown previously worked out for the Patriots, but he didn’t receive a contract offer from the team.

Brown, 30,  appeared in 14 games and accounted for 1,000 total snaps for the Oakland Raiders last season. He accumulated 55 total tackles, had four pass defenses, and ranked as the No. 75 of 108 possible qualifiers by Pro Football Focus.
