The Baltimore Ravens announced that LB C.J. Mosley is dealing with a bone bruise and is doubtful to return to the game.
Ravens ILB C.J. Mosley was carted off during the first quarter of Thursday’s game against the Bengals with a knee injury.
Ian Rapoport reports that the Ravens and Mosley are not close to an extension at this time.
Mosley, 26, is a former first-round pick of the Ravens back in 2014. He played out the final year of his four-year, $8,788,002 rookie contract before the Ravens picked up his fifth-year option last year.
Mosley stands to make a base salary of $8,718,000 for the 2018 season before becoming an unrestricted free agent in 2019.
Entering today’s game, Mosley had appeared in one game and recorded five tackles for the Ravens.
