The Baltimore Ravens officially placed DB Carlos Davis on injured reserve Wednesday passing through waivers unclaimed.
Davis, 23, signed on with the Ravens as an undrafted free agent out of Ole Miss back in May. Baltimore waived him with an injury designation on Tuesday to make room for TE Ryan Malleck.
During his four-year college career, Davis recorded 68 total tackles, 1.5 tackles for loss,  one fumble recovery, and two forced fumbles.
