Ravens Place First-Round WR Breshad Perriman Season-Ending I.R.

The Baltimore Ravens announced that they’ve placed first-round WR Breshad Perriman on season-ending injured reserve Tuesday.

  • The Ravens also placed CB Asa Jackson on injured reserve.

Perriman has been dealing with a PCL injury since this summer, but unfortunately suffered a setback in recent months.

Perriman, 22, didn’t appear in a single game for the Ravens, who have been in major need of receiver help. He signed a four-year, $8.705 million rookie contract that included $7.09 million guaranteed back in May.

Perriman stands to make base salaries of $435,000 (2015), $830,697 (2016), $1,226,394 (2017), and $972,606 (2018) over the remainder of the contract.

During his three years at UCF, Perriman caught 115 passes for 2,243 yards receiving and 16 touchdowns.
