ESPN’s Adam Schefter tweets that the Baltimore Ravens have signed C Andre Gurode to a one-year deal. Schefter adds that the deal could end up being worth $3 million. This deal is still pending a physical.
Gurode was released by the Dallas Cowboys early last week and has since been shopping around for a new team. Baltimore’s offensive line has plenty of questions marks which is why they’ve decided to bring in two veteran players (Gurode and Bryant McKinnie) to bolster their current unit. The real question is going to be whether or not they can return to their previous form as teams usually do not give up on great offensive linemen unless there’s cause for concern.
