Ravens Sign CB Robertson Daniel To Practice Squad, Cut G Jarell Broxton

The Baltimore Ravens announced that they’ve signed CB Robertson Daniel to their practice squad on Thursday, which comes a day after he tried out for them. The Ravens also waived G Jarell Broxton from the unit.

The Ravens’ practice squad now consists of:

  1. OT Blaine Clausell
  2. DE Kapron Lewis-Moore
  3. C Matt Skura
  4. RB Stephen Houston
  5. WR/KR Keenan Reynolds
  6. OLB Brennen Beyer
  7. LB Patrick Onwuassor
  8. QB David Fales
  9. CB Robertson Daniel
  10. WR Kenny Bell

Daniel, 24, originally signed on with the Raiders as an undrafted free agent out of BYU back in May of last year. He was unfortunately waived coming out of the preseason but was later signed to the Packers’ practice squad.

Green Bay would eventually call him up towards the end of last year. However, he was among their final roster cuts coming out of the preseason. Daniel briefly returned to the Packers’ practice squad before being cut loose a few weeks ago.

The Redskins signed him to their practice squad a few weeks ago before cutting him loose soon after.

During his college career at BYU, Daniel recorded 112 tackles, one sack, three interceptions, two forced fumbles, two recoveries and 19 pass defenses.
