Ravens Sign DB Makinton Dorleant To Practice Squad

The Baltimore Ravens announced Wednesday that they’ve signed DB Makinton Dorleant to their practice squad after losing CB Cyrus Jones to the Patriots.

The Ravens’ practice squad now consists of:

  1. OT Randin Crecelius
  2. RB Gus Edwards
  3. DE Myles Humphrey
  4. G Nico Siragusa
  5. WR-PR Tim White
  6. TE Darren Waller
  7. RB Christopher Ezeala (International)
  8. DB Robertson Daniel
  9. DT Christian LaCouture
  10. S Kai Nacua
  11. DB Makinton Dorleant

Dorleant, 25, signed on with the Packers as an undrafted free agent out of Northern Iowa back in 2016. He wound up making the team’s 53-man roster but landed on the injured reserve after sustaining a hamstring injury during the preseason of his rookie year.

The Packers later activated Dorleant from their injured reserve but he, unfortunately, suffered a torn ACL soon after and missed the entire 2017 season.

Dorleant signed a futures contract with the Chiefs this past January but was among their final roster cuts coming out of the preseason.

In 2016, Dorleant appeared in four games for the Packers and recorded one tackle and no interceptions.
