Ravens Sign First-Round OT Ronnie Stanley To A Four-Year Deal

The Baltimore Ravens announced Friday that they’ve have agreed to terms with first-round OT Ronnie Stanley, per Jeff Zrebiec.

Stanley, 22, was taken with the No. 6 overall pick by the Ravens. There was talk that Stanley could end up going ahead of Laremy Tunsil, so it wasn’t a complete surprise to see them pass on Tunsil for Stanley. The Ravens could really use a long-term option at left tackle, so it will be interesting to see how fast Stanley is ready to step in and handle the job.

According to OverTheCap.com, Stanley receives a four-year contract worth $20,484,328 to go along with a signing bonus of $13,097,692. The contract will include a fifth-year option for the team to consider in 2019.

During his four-year career at Notre Dame, Stanley made 39 starts for the Fighting Irish at tackle and earned second-team All-America honors during his senior season.
